Abstract: Voters agree here is nothing good about prop 7 for California

There is nothing good about prop 7 for California. It is exactly the opposite of what the state needs. It does not need the big power plants controlling free energy sources. It does not need the big power plants charging California citizens $300 more per year for “free" energy. It does not need thousands of potential jobs being eliminated.

What the state needs is a bill that will help to finance clean energy in the way of solar panels being installed on the roofs of hundreds of thousands of homes. This will produce thousands of jobs and can be done much sooner than the schedule for prop 7. This will allow homeowners to save substantially on their electric bill.
