Abstract: The bill would extend and expand solar energy investment tax credits for homeowners and businesses through 2016. Under current law, the credits are set to expire at the end of next year.

We would agree, but emphasize that much, much more must be done to provide clean alternate energy solutions than to re-up the current tax breaks.  But a necessary piece of legislature none the less.
